If you are reading this, you likely already know me, and are one of my many contacts who have asked me time and time again to start a blog. But if you are not, and you have gone back to the beginning, I am going to introduce myself.
I am Lance. I have a long and storied history in management consulting, success facilitation, and professional coaching. Countless numbers of my contacts have asked me to start a blog, and I never felt the time was right until now. The people I have helped and the experience I have gained is reaching a point where the new is beginning to push out the old, so it's time I started writing it all down to prevent losing any of it. By no means am I slowing down or considering myself at the end of my journey, so don't consider this a memoir. Instead, it is what it should be. A journal of my thoughts, and a place to share my voicein a public space.
Prior to now my engagements have normally been small, private affairs. I am hired not only for my experience and insight, but for my candor and unyielding criticism of those who are normally insulated from the unvarnished insight of those they employ. I'm a conduit of the truth, as hard as it may be to swallow for some. This blog will be a chance for those unfamiliar with my style to catch a glimpse of it in action. Expect what I am known for, now focused on industry at large, and not tailored to an individual client. In this space, you're all my clients, and I have plenty to share.
